Predictive and preventive maintenance programs are essential to maintain high quality operation over the long term. E-Cube helps establish O&M programs in new buildings as well as reviews O&M procedures in existing buildings. We provide services to support the development of O&M manuals as well as training for building management staff. We also focus on O&M as both a way to enhance the persistence of efficiency measures as well as a source of efficiency itself.
