Performance Contracting Support:
Interface with performance contractors in order to help clients achieve successful performance contracting projects.

Facility Optimization:
Utilize existing facility information sources and deploy additional data acquisition devices and/or systems as necessary to provide facility managers with the information they need to optimize the use of energy and internal resources.

Utility Energy Service Programs:
We help utilities provide energy services, such as design assistance, commissioning, demand-side management or other incentives, financing, and performance contracting, to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. Services we provide to support utilities include program design, technical analysis, implementation management, quality control, and evaluation.

Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Program Support:
Predictive and preventive maintenance programs are essential to maintain high quality operation over the long term. E-Cube helps establish O&M programs in new buildings as well as reviews O&M procedures in existing buildings.
