Student Recreation Center

This expansion and renovation project added 60,000 SF of new building features such as 24,000 SF of cardio-weight fitness areas on two levels, indoor climbing tower, bouldering wall and cave, multi-activity gym to accommodate sports such as indoor soccer, basketball and volleyball, 2 state-of-the-art massage rooms, new dry sauna and steam rooms, a renovated lobby, and new meeting spaces. E Cube commissioned all chillers, cooling towers, heat exchangers, high efficiency condensing boilers, and AHU’s.

E Cube provided LEED Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning, Thermal Comfort Verification, and Measurement & Verification (M&V) services for this project. Commissioned systems included MEP, HVAC, Fire/Life Safety and Daylight/Lighting.
