New Building Commissioning

Commissioning of new, mission-critical facilities comprises the majority of our business. Throughout our history, E Cube has focused on providing industry-leading commissioning services for highly complex facilities such as hospitals, laboratories, central utility plants, and information technology centers. This focus has naturally led to assisting clients in many other building sectors such as higher education, schools, commercial office, government, aviation, and logistics.

E Cube uses a structured, yet flexible, commissioning process based on leading industry guidelines, codes, and standards. This process has been refined through decades of experience and is scalable over a wide range of building types, complexity, and sizes. Building Enclosure Comissioning 

E Cube provides comprehensive building envelope commissioning and performance verification throughout design and construction. We offer design assistance informed by forensic investigation learnings, helping project teams identify and address enclosure risks early. Through performance verification testing, we evaluate enclosure systems to improve air tightness, reduce the risk of moisture intrusion, and support delivery of the envelope to meet or exceed performance expectations.
